Welcome to Cleanway Green (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our cleaning services and our website. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
Cleanway Green provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Dublin and surrounding areas. Services will be carried out according to the agreed booking and service description.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings must be confirmed by phone, email, or through our website.

  • Bookings are subject to staff availability.

  • The client must provide accurate service details, including property size, condition, and any special requirements.


3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are quoted based on the information provided at booking. Additional charges may apply if the service scope changes.

  • Prices are stated in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • We accept cash and bank transfers.


4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service price.

  • If our cleaners are unable to access the property at the agreed time, this may be treated as a late cancellation.
     

5. Access to Property
The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property. If parking is required, arrangements and costs are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Remove valuable or fragile items before the cleaning service.

  • Notify us of any hazards, special cleaning requirements, or surfaces requiring special care.

  • Provide running water and electricity during the service.


7. Our Responsibilities
We aim to provide a professional, high-quality cleaning service. If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

8. Liability

  • We are insured for accidental damage caused by our cleaners during the service.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items improperly secured.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty equipment, poor condition of surfaces, or non-disclosure of hazards.


9. Health and Safety
Our cleaners follow health and safety guidelines and may refuse to clean areas that pose a risk to their safety (e.g., biohazards, unsafe structures).
 
10. Complaints
All complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of the service. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a re-clean or partial refund.

11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, illness, transport disruptions).

12. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised “Effective Date.”

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
